- Etudier la demande de cotation envoyée par l’organisateur et évaluer préalablement l’ensemble des problématiques liées à l’emballage, au transport, au convoiement et à l’installation des œuvres. Cette analyse permettra de préfigurer l’ensemble des moyens et coûts qui seront mobilisés.
- Organisation des « aller-voir » pour contrôler la nature des œuvres, confirmer leurs poids et dimensions ainsi que leurs modalités de manipulation et alors définir les besoins et contraintes en termes de protection et d’emballage des œuvres.
- Manufacturing in our workshops of “museum quality” crates according to the requirements of lenders and our technical recommendations as well as the appropriate protections in case of flexible packaging.
- Transport via our Fine art trucks: padded, air-conditioned,with hydraulic suspensions.
- Carry out the formalities “Fine Arts” and customs declarations if necessary and coordinate all operations from a precise schedule that includes the human and material resources implemented, as well as the intervention of our foreign agents for external loans.
